Who the hell is Raphe?
I'm not sure if you know who Raphe is but it looks like he just poofed out of somewhere and decide to troll as Peace, this is what his profile and signature look like:
This is very similar to peace, and trust me we don't want any more than that. Can you please get raphe's real EE username or at least tell him to stop messing around as we already have anatoly and peace. They're the most snipped but bearable people right now. But probably not for a while.
