Former staff member closed the topic in past, and can't open it again?

That's what. Can the lock and unlock topic privileges belong to us again to old topics?

you can't unlock a mod locked topic. obviously.
if a former staff member carried out a moderator action by locking your topic in the past, their decision still stands just even after they are not staff anymore
thus you cant unlock all of your trash topics that were once locked by hummerz

Theres a good reason not to allow unlocking topics after a staff member has locked them, it doesn't really matter how long has passed or whether whoever locked it is still a staff member or not.

If you flag the topic then it can probably be unlocked, which would give you back the lock topic privileges.
