"What this means is that the level MUST be revolve around New Years Eve 2011" - So about to go into January 2012?

So it has to be based around New Years' Eve and not the New Year itself?

The only problem with all of this is people can vote for whoever is most popular, and who they like most and we wouldn't be able to find out. You should make people fill out a small form asking why they liked it and have you approve. We wouldn't want some un-desirving, ahole, popular guy getting a big prize when the truly BEST one gets half what they should have gotten.

We'll see what what measures we can take to counter this.
