you can contact the staff oon the fourms to tranfer your acoutn to the main website using the PM function the owner of the game is xenonetix but lukem or bytearray woudl liek to help you aswell

According to the post in facebook by @OfficialEverybodyEdits about a couple days ago, they said they're trying to investigate what is going on, and why is it happening. My opinion is that they will examine this problem for the next few days, i think.
