Half-blocks are glitched

they are using a sprite like state 1 but rotation is state 0

fix please

also, some of them uses wrong color sprite

Essentially, when adding the "plate with cookies" as a morph to the plate decoration that was already in the game, I had to stick it into the middle of the texture for special blocks. Which also meant I had to go through every block that used a later part of the texture and increase their offset by 1... and unsurprisingly I ended up missing a few of them.

Lots of glitches with half blocks, we found a few in octolab that are absolutely mind blowing. Check it out asap.
