We all have our little needs . How fair is to judge a person for his crimes ,if they are just a need for a different type of existence? A satisfaction of needs....

You can live a full life without murdering someone, so murder isn't a necessity. Simple as that.

Depends. If the person is in extreme pain, preferably chronic, then it is justified IMO. There is no reason to allow a person to suffer. You need to go through government regulation to do this though (some U.S. states allow it, some European countries allow it).

Otherwise, no. Unless your life is on the line (I'm talking you're trapped in an unknown place with a murderer, maybe) there is no need to kill a person for selfish desire. That's just stealing a life and throwing it away. Plus, you'll get punished by law.

It's not about living a full life ,or taking decision for euthanasia.Leave the fear of law punishment ,morality the bible (or any other holy book ) teach us, aside.'' Converting'' a man, from something he once was,to something new,something so beautiful and pure. That you can see only in your mind .By taking a life of a person ,you also give birth ...... a birth to the new you .Ohh the rebirth... innocent like the child's smile !There is no greater sorrow,than to recall a happy time when miserable.
