EE image editor

Someone on this forum has or had an image editor for ee in their biography thing under their post. I need it for something but I don't have it and I've spent an hour or something to find the person, I've been looking in every category, I've even looked on the staff discussion thing but I'm pretty sure it wasn't a staffmember. If anyone has it for me can you please give me a download link or something?

No it gave you a small grid of something like 15x15 or 20x20 maybe and you could take IDs and smileys with admin or mod and custom names, and with auras and protection and curse effect option.
