The green numbers spell out his name: 1=A 2=B 3=C and 24=X 25=Y 26=Z.
The 1-2-3-4 (bad word) could maybe link to some video with racism where it goes 1 2 3 4.
Idk if it means anything but the numbers with dashes in the bottom left if you do 9 minus 1 minus 13 etc you end up with -90

That's actually a joke. 1 stays for a letter, 2 stays for a letter, 3 stays for a letter and 4, too. That's basically a random 4-lettered word, ...
