Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Re: gluten free cookies actually taste better?

When i was in middle school i always thought gluten free food seemed really tasty and awesome just because it was special and unique and i had never tried it before, also there was that one kid during cooking class who had gluten allergy and the people in his groups had to make an unique gluten free recipe everytime, which i envied.
But then one day when i finally got in his group we were going to make "gluten free bread" and when we took the finished product out of the oven it was completely white, like cement white. Blindingly white even, i have no idea what kind of ingredients they put into that gluten free bread powder, but **** was weird man. We joked that it was a "ghost bread" and when you tried to take a bite it was so hard you almost could chip your tooth on it. I never really wanted anything gluten free ever again.

So unless you actually have gluten allergy i 100% recommend the normal package.

"allergic" is incorrect, I think it's called... waiting for google translate... celiac disease

GLUTEN FREE WHEAT free and dairy/milk free food is the best.

it SoOOOO good that i don't get sick or die from it, I used to get bloated all the time by potatos as well, and I no longer eat them!

Re: gluten free cookies actually taste better?

I make some really good gluten free cookies. I have to admit that most gluten free flour isn't the best and it can affect the taste and texture of anything you are making. However, there is only one gluten free flour I have tried that works perfectly and doesnt affect the texture or taste. I am actually making my famous gluten free pumpkin snickerdoodles to bring back to college and no one can tell that the cookies are gluten free.

I actually do prefer Gluten free cookies over cookies, as they have less sugar in general. +1 for Gluten free.
