Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Where I live they use daylight savings time, so when checking account settings I checked the box 'Daylight savings time is in effect'. The time for when people have posted a message/reply was alright in the summer, but now it's 1 hour ahead. I just went to questions and answers and it said today at 20:55 but as I'm typing this it's 20:04.
Edit: It also said above this post 21:04 which now is 21:05 because I edited it.

You have to, and absolutely have to uncheck it because thaat option only and only advances time by 1 hour.

Then why does it even stay there if it doesn't change when the clock is changed? Can't you just put it 1 timezone ahead then? I'm pretty sure it's supposed to change when the clock is changed.

My time used to be 1 hour delayed when it came to daylight time change, all the time I thought the time syncs with actual time
then I noticed that and turned it off
