Rotation - How block should be rotated or should it stay the same when you place it [Default - same as the icon; Left, right up and down are the other choices]

Its generally a good idea in game design to make it obvious how everything will react, to make sure the physics / mechanics aren't confusing, so its probably not the best idea to add blocks that look exactly the same but act differently to others.
(Although I guess this doesn't apply to the rotations)

I think you can make like coins on layer 1 and a solid block on layer 0 behind it, then you have an inacessible coin. (I think) Like you can place it behind decos and action blocks to make them inaccessible.
