Yes, Hapara may be annoying, but there are ways around it. Here are some of them.
1. Absolutely nothing if you are on a school chromebook.

i am literally just saying don't use a school-provided computer "school computer" that's for schoolwork for anything other than schoolwork (and get surprised when you get in trouble)

School computers haha. I got past the download restrictions easily by transferring my game files and various desireable content through a high memory USB stick. Afterwards i could play Touhou and everything! ;> As for monitoring, well i could just turn off the network. Easy peasy.

my nephew has a chrome book, they are very boring computers

they are only for online stuff
