Can a single player create a single campaign?

Can Every level on a single campaign be created by one person
If not, i want a full explaination. More players can mess up a whole campaign.

I mean, if the worlds are good enough, they might make an exception. Though I think its too dangerous for the mods to do that.

Easy solution: get a bunch of alts, donate gems to those alts so you could buy blocks on those alts, then make a world for each alt. The alts have to be different IPs otherwise the mods will notice.

Better idea. Get a group of friends and tell them to each build a level. Then, when every level is complete you submit it as a campaign.
