Smiley menu being broken

This happens for quite some time now and it's not super common and if you refresh it should be fixed but it keeps happening. https://imgur.com/a/k130Fax (Also notice how the 'favourite smileys' text on the bottom gets out of the frame) Pretty bad

hmm what was your action before? (like did you buy/won a smiley or what? its an really old bug and shouldve been fixed age ago or it came back idk usualy was acsed when i got an campaing smiley but that was a few years gao

I bought the evil scientist smiley but that didn't do anything, I could still select smileys then. It happened after I got the new pack.
Also how did you make the link not show as a link but as an image?

right click th eimage when posted to imur and copy the adress of it (quote my opost to see the BBC code) then out that inside img tags
