1-way portals

This is the same as normal portals, but one of the 2 only has a target ID and the other one only has his own ID. I know this can already be done by making Target ID and normal ID the same but if you need a lot of portals you might lose track of what is what, and with this that's easier.

i wonder why the quality of suggestions gets worse at an alarming rate
what the hell
just reserve ID 0 and dont use it as target ID for any portals in your world
then sending-only portal would be ID = 0; target = X;
and receiving-only would be ID = X; target = X;
