simply additional rewrds for completing the campaign level in the specified way, like getting over 10000 deaths in infinity pain, or passing tutorial under 25 seconds
it could be additional challange for peoples that want challange, (and reward)
for example beating the first samurai from videogame 2 campaing without fly effect, or anything else that needs more than touching trophy

nie idea fo rinfinity pain i woudld suggest less teh 10K i think you can pretty much easily die 10K times in endless pain/infinitypian levels THEYRE FULL OF SPIKES TO KILL US
