Peculiar Stories of Odd Scenarios

Okay, so basically, this is basically like one of those point and click adventure games, right?
Well, everyone can play along now.
Utter chaos will ensue. And I encourage it.
If the character dies, a new story will start, branching from the old one.
It's advised that you try and be as crazy, insane, or outright stupid as you can WITHOUT killing the main character.
Just post what you want the character to do, and he'll do it.
As long as it's not against the rules, of course.
What are the rules? Well, these:

1. You can give the character anything, as long as it's not too OP. Examples of OP things: Nuclear weapons, Universe Obliterating Items, Weapons with the intent of 1 hit KO-ing an enemy, etc.

2. Don't make the character do anything too inappropriate.

3. Follow the forum rules.

That's it.

Alright, so the first story's beginning is here:

You find yourself awoken in a crater in the desert, with no memories of past events.
You see a city in the distance.
What will you do?
