It totally did appear suddenly even for us. Long time ago i made a system that colors Xenonetix's name to gradient color. I thought about improving the code because it was very bad. While i was doing it we had the idea to give Divine supporters gradient names too.

When i was making gradient names i had to test the chat (because it works a bit differently), so i changed my "A" letter from #FFB400 to #00B4FF (blue). Then i went fixing some bugs and pushed the client, totally forgot to remove gradient name. Will be gone in the next update

well i thought it would be fair and nice if that feature for divine supporters was announced publicly? this subtle implementation is not really a good tone and feels a bit like an attempt to dodge potentially negative community feedback on the matter?

because if you don't pay for a next month, you'll stop being patreon
but these peoples that did paid for earlier month, have gradient ussername probably, there wasn't any update in this month, so they didn't updated, or it's a bug

I can't explain the name color for obvious reasons, but they probably limit it because it involves travel, and the off chance that many people would subscribe to it would prove to be pretty difficult logistics wise.

Anyways this thread is trash. He is a patron who supports the game by spending money on it and for that he receives certain rewards. How is your in-game attitude towards other players should affect you losing your patron status?
