Where did you take the picture if there isn't an insane campaign

It's stored in the EE Client. You'll get that campaign to see if you have beaten all other campaigns.

CTM 2 is rated Insane. That's the only time I've ever seen that graphic.

CTM2 is first campaigned level with insane difficulty along with the worst campaign.

I thought it was publicly known.

The difficulty that a campaign world is rated doesn't matter and I haven't seen anyone pay attention to them (as there's a lot that are off; ask on discord for details on my opinion), so you don't really need to know about it until you end up at CTM2 yourself.

FYI it was added on august 19 along with trial and terror, with CTM2 and the entirety of worst being rated it.
