Gameplay - Slidey. First couple minis were awkward, but it was overall decent.
Art - Fits the style, and looks nice ingame.
Concept - EE world with 2010 blocks. It works.
Pretty much what was expected when this theme was given. I appreciate the attempted use of keys, but I feel like the execution was a little off. Overall though, solid level.
El Triplete
Gameplay - Was alright, had some pretty “meh” minis
Art - It could’ve done without the background spam
Concept - I get that virtually everything you used in this level came out prior to 2012, but it still feels off.
This level would’ve been SO much better if you just removed the backgrounds. It would’ve felt like it fit the theme more, and it would’ve looked nicer in-game too.

Gameplay - How do I even rate this? It’s bad but it’s also practically non-existent
Art - I mean… it’s not eyerape
Concept - Good concept
Good concept, poor execution. Usually in trolled minis levels, the player finds that the minis actually somehow come together and are kinda decent, whereas this actually feels like you made a noob level and trolled it and submitted it.
Team Godmode
Gameplay - Lots of annoying sections
Art - It’s ok, a bit sloppy
Concept - It attempts to fit the theme. It’s a bit off, and accidentally uses new blocks/decos, but it attempts.
To be honest if your opponent’s world was any better this wouldn’t have own, as it doesn’t really fit the theme and the gameplay is mediocre.

Gameplay - It felt kinda rushed, and the way back doesn’t even really count as gameplay.
Art - Nice and purty
Concept - Made a world with 2010 blocks, it works
This world would’ve been a heck of a lot better with more interesting gameplay. The first jump was annoying, the tree section was just finicky parkour, and the red area on the way down was the only fun part. The way back didn’t even have any difficult jumps, it might as well have been stairs up to the trophy.

Gameplay - Absolutely loved it
Art - Purty, careful palette selection to fit the theme is appreciated
Concept - Felt like it fit, both in art and gameplay.
Felt like a proper 2011-esque level, while having pretty enough art and fun enough minigames. The portal minis were all satisfying to execute, and reminded me of the types of minigames people would make when they were introduced. Well done.

Concept - Your palette of blocks fit the 2010 era, so nice.
Please don’t use keys for minimap art. I know it was a style and was what people did back then but it’s horrible and I hate it.

Match 87 - Game mechanics vs The Lone Devil
Game mechanics
Gameplay - Pretty good, pretty much all pixel perfect slides
Art - Nice palette but a bit too messy. Concept kinda interfered with art a little
Concept - Would’ve been nice if the ending had literally anything to do with the start
This level is pretty solid but the start of the level kinda detracts from it. If the end of the level wasn’t just a trophy but instead maybe something that tied it all together, it would’ve felt like it fit the theme more.
The Lone Devil
Gameplay - Bad
Art - I mean it isn’t eyerape… but bad
Concept - nub
Yeah you sacrificed way too much here for concept. If you’re gonna make a level like this, you gotta make it secretly good, with minis that somehow manage to flow well. This is just annoying minigames

Concept - It’s fine
I really don’t understand why people are making intentional noob levels. I mean, it fits the concept, but it completely throws art and gameplay out of the window. At least the minis here weren’t complete garbage, and you at least modified them to make them a little more interesting, but I still don’t understand the decision to purposely make nub minis.

Gameplay - Has some annoying parts, but it’s ok
Art - Nice and purty
Concept - Reminds me of the Drock coin puzzles
The main problem with this level is that resetting due to failing the puzzle is a lil too punishing. Otherwise, it’s pretty ok.
Match 89 - Mercury Takes Over vs Derps

Gameplay - Is ok when it works but it’s pretty inconsistent
Art - Sacrifices ingame for minimap
Concept - I mean, the story on the signs works at least, but otherwise it wouldn’t fit
The gameplay in this level is pretty tedious and the ingame art isn’t great. Other than that it’s just a standard level that hardly fits the theme.

Gameplay - Had some annoying moments with the vine grabs, but fun overall
Art - A little messy, but it works
Concept - Funny and fits the theme
The obvious sarcasm started getting a little old, but that wasn't too much of a problem. Overall, solid level!

Gameplay - Fairly decent
Art - Key gates aren’t great, but otherwise it’s good
Concept - “Old EE” works I suppose
Solid level with good minis. Not much else to say here.

Gameplay - Was pretty good, but there were a couple annoying minis, namely tetris and bottom right
Art - I thought you pulled it off quite well, considering that it’s hard to make something intentionally messy not look bad ingame
Concept - Good ol’ fashioned vidya
Pretty good level. As I mentioned, the tetris and bottom right parts weren’t great, but other minis (such as the final one) made up for it. Little jingle at the end was nice. Nice level.

Gameplay - Jump section is cool, speed section is kinda annoying. Final mini was alright
Art - Some parts were kinda messy, but had really cool things such as the dojo designs
Concept - Calling this “Old” is kinda a stretch to be honest, you didn’t really emphasize it in your level.
Was a nice level. The jump minigame puzzles were cool, but the speed minigames got kinda annoying. As I mentioned above, I fail to see how this properly fits the theme. I’m fairly lenient with interpretations of theme this contest, but this might be stretching it just a little too far.
And now for something completely Different55
Gameplay - Had some finicky sections, but good overall
Art - A few questionable block choices but it fit the (odd) setting
Concept - Retirement homes do indeed have old people
The interesting story in this level was definitely its strong suit. Only problem that I had with this level was the conveyor room/guts room being a bit messy, not art wise, but gameplay wise.

Gameplay - Good, but just a coin hunt
Art - Very nice, not too detailed but a good city nonetheless
Concept - It fits the theme, but could’ve been executed better.
Though this level seems like it’s supposed to have a sense of urgency, it really doesn’t feel like it when you’re playing through the level. I managed to do everything in less than half the time allotted with the poison effect.

Gameplay - Starts off simple, but I was thankful that it’s not just one of those “make a noob level that’ll fit the theme”, as it started to pick up
Art - Very nice
Concept - Amazing, made me laugh a couple times. Old EE does indeed fit the theme.
This world was very entertaining, and each sign was funnier than the last. Probably my favorite world that I’ve played so far.

Gameplay - Each area had its own little gimmick, and each was interesting
Art - Amazing
Concept - Old memories definitely fits the theme
Spectacular level. I don’t normally like story driven levels in EE, but this was one of the best one I’ve played in Everybody Edits.

Gameplay - Pretty good
Art - Some parts of it were messy, but then it had parts that were very well made
Concept - A history museum fits the old theme quite well
This level was very good. The different mini games were cool, along with the information provided with them (particularly the EE Universe reference). Unfortunately, your opponent’s world just slightly had the edge. It’s unfortunate, as you two had some of the best worlds this round, but things like this are unfortunately expected with a contest of this nature.
