/giveeffect ID #9 is broken
When trying to use the command below the game spits out an error saying that I do not own this effect, however if I'm correct ID #9 corresponds to multi-jump. I own this effect... in fact I own all the available effects in the shop, so therefore its broken.
/giveeffect <username> 9 <number>
* SYSTEM: You do not own this effect.
Also, as a side note why the hell is "team" considered an effect? It shouldn't classify as an effect and the command doesn't even allow you to use it since it just tells you to use /setteam.

And teams use the same system as effects, so they also have an effect ID. I guess there was probably some reason that the effect command wouldn't work with them though, so if you try to it gives you the error message and tells you to use /setteam instead
