Command /giveeffect <player> 9 <number> doesn't work for me

I have multi jump effect, but it doesn't work even if i write that by name
firstly i thought that it's new secret effect, but then i didn't be able to get multijump effect so i'm here
it's writed "you do not own this effect

I fixed this about an hour ago XD

Its not a major bug, so it will probably be included in a larger bugfix update in a day or two.

Oh god you’ve got so many effects.

We need a hide/show effects on the left tool. Because usually the player knows what effects he got without looking there.
