To try to describe it in text, you're just bouncing back and forth between the two sections, starting with the left side. Hold UP the whole time.

Also, during the second jump, you may need to adjust your position a bit to avoid hitting the right-side spikes (while still touching that corner, so you slide perfectly down the hole).

That's weird. Every time I tried to jump that way, I either hit the wall, or jumped into the spikes above. For a while, I thought you had to do a BS hookjump over the spikes, but whenever I made the jump, I ran out of time.
Well, that's was a waste of time (I got it).
EDIT: Well, now I'm stuck here.
Unless I hold space, I'm unable to jump off of that first white tile. I can't get enough distance while holding space, though.

Try standing on the edge without getting boosted? It's precise but all I can think of
