Not quite sure what you mean, but the answer is almost definately yes. All the message stuff is done serverside, the client is just a client for receiving those messages, so the different versions of the client act pretty much the same.

I think Anatoly meant if the add message contains "yup this user was here before the player/bot joined", afaik you cant.
P.S. Just like LukaM said, all the clients gets treated the same, so you don't have to specify what language you're usig when it comes to PIO messages

Ah ok, I think its at least fairly safe to just say that add messages before init2 are players already in the room, and add messages after are people joining the room, although there might be a small chance that someone joining at the right time could be put in the wrong group, although I'm not sure how much that would matter... (any add message after init2 is definitely someone who joined after you, but there might be a small chance that add messages before init2 joined slightly after you)
