Just in case you've heard about UnitEE, its pretty much a replacement for that, as it was decided that HTML5 is a better option due to working on pretty much every browser without plugins (which are required on some browsers for both Flash and Unity), and due to HTML5 games usually being smaller in file size, and sometimes faster (due to having a simplistic rendering system rather than Unity's full 3D engine).
