List command improvement

Idea:
Improve command /listportals
to /listportals <ID> <Target>
for example if you looking only for target of exact portal, and don't want to list them all, you only want to know position of single portal

▼Example

/listportals ~ 20 or /listportals  20 (additional spacebar between)
* SYSTEM: Portals:
0->20:
   223x30
3->20:
   24x138

/listportals 10
* SYSTEM: Portals:
10->29:
   24x30

Invisible Portals:
10->47:
   234x35

/listportals 2 39
* SYSTEM: Portals:
2->39:
   60x87

add
/listswitches <ID>
list all switch numbers, or specified ID

I think /listblocks <ID>
couldn't be added but it's only sugestion
I hope /listblocks <ID> won't be added

yes yes this is good
also make sure that we can use ? * - etc as placeholder symbols in place of ~ as well!

Good idea, I once wanted to teleport only my Y position, placeholders could came that true
