It's actually not bad, and I really like the graphic. That being said, it doesn't look very 'skeleton-ey' to me.

That's why I'm not giving it any flack. I don't see many ways to make it better. I think just making it contrast more, maybe giving the skeleton red eyes when it talks, and maybe adding a bit more spaces in between the bones (though there's not many to add).
Edit: Here is my very bad attempt to improve on it.
I don't think it came out much better, but I have virtually no experience in this sorta thing.
