How to get the Bruce NPC (Spoiler alert!)

Simple, just like last time.

It will ONLY work with the FROG NPC.

recreate the following:

Your frog NPC will turn into a BRUCE NPC. Meaning you have to trade 1 frog for 1 Bruce. I lost 1 Frog, and I currently have 1 Frog and 1 Bruce.

Remember that Frog is 12 gems.
