Which user do you look up to on EE?

iPwner. He has a unique way of looking at things that I've never seen from anybody else online. He doesn't care about what other users think of him, and the things he write vary from quirky to nearly poetic. He's also made some creative levels.

Cyclone. Him and I have been great friends for the past 6-7 years. If I ever need to talk to someone he's there for me. Great guy all around, continues to want me to better myself and make a proper living for myself. Only online friend I've had where we've made plans to meet up.

sorry but I can't limit this to just one person
if you're saying "on EE" as in building worlds, completing minis and other EE related things that could be looked up to, then nobody.
if you mean "on EE" as in a member of EE community then:
In terms of programming, it would be Kaslai, he's quite good at coding and helped me out bunch of times
In terms of speaking English, it would be hummerz5, his vocabulary never ceases to amaze me
In terms of funposting it would be pingo

he truly changed the way that i think about this game. he was a prophet, shut down for his beliefs and his insights - all that have come true, mind you!

he inspired me to create the cutting edge level that is 4x4 labyrinth, and he shall be remembered by us all, in time

It should go without saying, but she's quite possibly the only staff member that has been on the team which has fully delivered their duties proportional to their position regardless of external factors.

I've seen a staggering amount of excuses for ineptitude amongst the staff and, at the very least, her departures have been warranted and ironically, the only unfulfilled absences that were required on her part so far have been caused by the idiocy of her peers.

In addition, there haven't been any controversies on her part and the community overwhelmingly approves of her, which isn't extremely common for a staff member. You'd have a far more competent team if they acknowledged her input and followed by example.
