Direct download links?

I have posted so many direct download links on this forum. And so far no censoring is added.

Is there other rules for WPE Pro than direct links to bots?

Not the one who removed it but my own thoughts on the matter are

For something that sets off malware alarms it's easier and safer to not allow links to it.

I must say that EEditor have been detected as malware before. My links wasn't removed either.

WPE Pro have always been detected as a hacking tool it's same for Cheat Engine. What I know is both WPE Pro and Cheat Engine legit.
The most Anti-Virus or Anti-Malware detect these tools because they don't support them.

This is mostly the same if someone got malware or virus on their computer you are forced to uninstall any torrent programs.
Else you won't get any help because now you are automatic doing illegal things, even if you just use it for downloading ISO or programs that goes slow to download.
