veteran badges in reeeboot will be nice each badge will tell if youve payed the year over x years if  you playe dit over 5 years you get th ebadges form 5 4 3 2 1 and 0 years if you havent played he old versions you don tget badge but hey maby you will get a nice newbie badge so you dont need to do anything to wear atleast a badge

That would depend on how popular rEEboot is and how many new players join after its release. If there's a large influx of new people, yay, shiny medals for the ones who were there first. If nobody else joins and the game remains in obscurity, it would basically be a participation medal.

How would it work with accounts like mine which was created before "standard" accounts were introduced ( FB was the only method to create account), therefore my profile data does not contain registration data. If this badge were introduced I'd like to have it but only possible way for people like me would be if someone manually unlocked it, and I am pretty sure that staff can find better things to do than unlocking badges, and they would need ton have method to ensure my claim is legit which would take even more time.
