Speed limit
Why cant i post fast i got a lot to say and not much time to say it i see some nice guys on the forums and i want to talk i get bored when so long passes and i only sent a few messages

I'm not sure, but brand new members have a longer cooldown between posts to prevent people spamming the forums with alternative accounts.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Forum staff can verify your account if they see you're not suspicious and one of the good guys.
