Yes. There's no need for a list telling that BBCode, links and images are enabled on the forums. Simply one that specifies that these use BBCode. The buttons as well led to the incomplete help page. The new button leads to the Community Formatting Guide.

Those were just status indicators for something that has never changed. The only use they had was linking to the help page. This does that better.
