Window garden pack decor in foreground
It's set as a bg decor but it has much cuter usage over the smiley cuz it gets to peek through it
edit: also that's how it was intended to be

though after seeing it used in the loading screen, I like it like that too uhhh
some way to make decors go above OR behind a smiley?
