These don't include places where permatraps are intentional, such as the memory game, or where the permatrap is generally past the win brick.

At 37 coins, when you go up to enable the 1 switch, if you then go back without collecting coin 38, you will hit a checkpoint (below the portion in the image) and have no way of returning back up. (The only way up from the portion below is up the chain ladder the bottom red line starts from.)
Recommended fix: Add a exactly 37 coin + switch on checker somewhere, with a portal or path to take you up.

this coin (138, 122) can be skipped. If skipped,

you will be trapped under the circled 55 gate, and the coin that would normally be your 55th (the one pictured) becomes your 54th with no way of returning to grab the 55th.
Recommended fix: Add a 54 coin door somewhere before the trap.
