Lobby Rework Concept

Reworking the lobby has been a hot issue in the community, so as a professional UI designer I thought it was obvious that I should give my thoughts. Here is my concept

I should relevantly mention that since I was recently fired from my previous job I am looking for another job in UI if anyone has one available please post.
