Inserted text tag fix for dark themes

In real life, the use of highlighters is barely visible on dark sections of paper. This should be the same for dark pages, and the forums shouldn't be an exception.

A solution that allows highlighting text, without making it barely visible on dark themes, is to make it transparent. I applied 50% transparency on my custom theme and it looks great.
