If you need help well here ya go
Lets label them

A + B = C
C + B = D
D + B = E?

So presumably you will be given A & B, and trying to find E
so
C=A+B
D=A+2B

so
E will be A + 3B

(P.S, I know this is a joke)

I apologize but i have not seen Pascal's Triangle in any of these images, perhaps you forgot one of the images.

It's used in the binomial expansion in the last image:
(a + b)^2 = a^2 + 2ab + b^2

The coefficients of the expansion are the third row of the triangle (1 2 1)
