[Release] TagBot

I got bored, so I made the bot requested in this topic.

It's pretty basic atm. You choose the colour of the team that's cursed, and the duration of the curse.

I could add a bunch of features but most of them can be achieved in-game with stuff like death doors, team doors and multiple spawn points for randomised team allocation.
