Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Re: incorrect registered date

User IDs are the main identifiers. They can't be changed.

Re: incorrect registered date

^ I suppose the PlayerObject could be cloned with a different ID, and the old one deleted. Might be a little tricky to fix everything.

Probably not worth the effort.

oh so the account's creation date depends on local time of the user
the outstanding coding of this game checks out once again

Uh, no. I'd suggest reading up on how Player.IO works rather than jumping to conclusions.

The ConnectUserId specified upon registration can be any alphanumeric combination. It was chosen to be a unix timestamp by Chris as to prevent registration attacks. It's a unique value as it's incremented once per second, and with a random number between 0-99 suffixed at the end.
It's not the actual registration date, the APIs used by Yonom are naive guess-work based off of those timestamps, and that's why it's only displayed for simpleusers. The true registration timestamp (for every connection type) is stored by Player.IO internally and it's not publicly queriable.

It's certainly not worth the effort, and it's not the responsibility of the staff of the game to "fix" a non-broken ConnectUserId. If you want to know your registration date, you could request it from an administrator, and have whoever is running the website to correct it manually if it's that important to you.
