Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I typically wake up at five in the morning, do my routine and then lay down for an hour. After school and such I stay up until 3am and then off to bed!
-With thanks, Ian
Go to bed at 10 pm
End up actually falling asleep at 3 am
Wake up at 5 am
Go back to bed
Wake up at 7:30 am
wake up at noon
go to sleep between 1 and 4 am
usually have a nap at 6 pm
I dont know how people are able to sleep so less. With 7 hours of sleep I feel and look the same as someone who had 3 hours of sleep. Maybe it’s because I sleep extremely light, I usually wake up around 5 times at night (not really wake up, just being aware where i am until I fall asleep again). So I try to sleep more. I usually go sleep at 23:00 or 24:00 and wake up at exactly 07:00. If school starts later I go back to sleep.
When Im motivated or have exams I go to sleep between 22:00 and 23:00.

I highly recommend figuring out if you snore at night. If so, you are at risk for developing health problems such as heart disease, stroke. If you're young and snoring, those complications will develop earlier in life. Snoring is seen as a stereotype for sleeping but it's actually VERY serious. Many people aren't aware of its risks.
Waking up in the middle of the night a lot and feeling tired with 7 hours of sleep (which is normal) are telltale signs of snoring. What's happening is you're losing breath while you sleep, which causes you to wake up kinda like an internal alarm.
I have never snored in my life
But losing breath in some other way might be possible, I never breath trough my mouth because it hurts my throat. Ill look into it
sleep at 4 am (regardless of how tired i am) wake up at 10:50 (brother wakes me up before leaving for work cause i have to let dogs outside) or 12 (other people are home and/or brother is home).
Monday/Friday: Wake up at 8:15am, go to bed at 11pm-12pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: Wake up at 9:00am, go to bed at 11pm-12pm
Saturday: Wake up at 11am-1pm, go to bed at 12pm-3am
Sunday: Wake up at 9am-1pm, go to bed at 11pm-12pm

On weekdays I wake at 6, sometimes have a 2 hour post-work nap at 4, then sleep at 11. On weekends I wake between 9 and noon, then sleep at 11/12.
When I have to wake up for school:
23:00 - 00:00 to 07:30
Else:
23:00 - 01:00 to 11:00 - 12:00
I'm often tired the whole day lol.

do you live in finland or something? In finland, school starts about 9 AM
usually some schools starts 8:30 or earlier (if someone have it)
people waking up sooner is because they need breakfast, checking what's news in pc and a long (or short) walk or taking a bus or parents takes you to school

I live in the UK, and my school started at 8:30, I just got ready quickly (10 mins to get dressed and brushed my teeth, 10 mins to have breakfast, then 10 mins to walk there)
