Honestly the level would've been fine if it just had checkpoints. It's not really challenging to get back to where you were just to try again, but it's certainly annoying.
Also the map feels really empty. There's just so much unused and empty space, and the 3 shades of grey you used to color the map don't help matters either.
Honestly a 3/10 level at best.
