Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Each year my school runs a charity fair. We create some cool handmade stuff, sell it on the fair and send money to the sick kids.
Can you give me some cool things that I can do with hands? My imagination is failing me

Creating & decorating bowls with clay would be pretty cool, I'd buy one. It would be fun but you'll need a kiln.

If you’re good at photoshop u could make posters. Another option is buying something blank, like a black phonecase, and throwing some paint at it. Someone I knew used to sell homemade cases this way, looked pretty cool. Wooden miniature stuff is also not hard to make if you have the materials. By thin wooden planks, a good woodcutter and some good glue you can make a miniature house. Thats all I can think of.
Pm me with anything math related please

Yeah, ceramics can be very nice. Can be anything as long as it's hardened clay. Vases for flowers, bowls, as William suggested, even miniature statues or busts.
Origami! There are a bunch of tutorials you can find online. Folding a bunch of paper cranes or lucky stars might do well for you (Take a look at some modular designs too, they can be complicated but rewarding)

I'm kinda skeptical how many people are willing to buy nicely folded paper.
How long will it take me to get banned again?
Place your bets right here.

My brother used to sell simple origami shurikens. Imagine how much people would pay for stuff like this:
P.S. I made the above origami for extra credit in my Geometry class
Edit: https://www.paperforwater.org
There's a charity for donating origami which provides money for those without clean water.

Can it be edible? Do some baking.
