Make anonymity optional

As per title: in an anonymous thread, let posters decide whether to post anonymously or not.

The default option (i.e. checkbox setting) should be to post anonymously.

One bot to rule them all, one bot to find them. One bot to bring them all... and with this cliché blind them.

I would like this, since it would stop any sort of possible identity theft issues. We shouldn't have to wait for a flag and a moderator response just to tell if someone's lying about their identity.
