Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I considered that I may share this story:
A relatively small game company received a patent infringement over the digital tokens they use(the EE equivalent would be Gems) and are asked to pay a $35.000 fee.
Most likely is about patent trolls.

Can that patent be used against EE? Some googling says that US patents can only be used in the US, but what country is EE from, and how does this work when EE is an internet game also played in the US?
Even if it could though, I doubt that they would, EE is such a small company that they would likely gain pretty much nothing, and even if EE somehow gets big after the reboot, the patent only lasts another 2 or so years, so it's likely that it will expire before EE gets much notice anyway.

Pretty sure Benjaminsen was from Denmark. I don’t think any of the EE owners have been American; MegaLamb included
Regardless, lmao, literally so many games use microtransactions. I’m pretty sure EE has nothing to worry about
