When you click on that block you spectate it like a player, you cant go through it. The camera can be activated and deactivated, when its activated, the camera LED is green, when deactivated - red. In camera u can set a setting, visible or invisible, if visible, then camera can be seen by any player. If invisible, then only players with godmode can see it.

This is a monitor block.
You can connect cameras to the monitor, so you dont have to click on camera block, just click on monitor and select camera number. (for example like in portals, 1 target 2. in here in monitor u just enter numbers of the target cameras)

When it should be a "spectation" block it should more likely look like a camera. And you could probably also add "Monitors" which will automatically let you spectate a Camera Block. You can then programm the monitors and camera blocks like portal. the monitor option is to choose what I D it should let you spectate and the camera option is to set the I D of the camera to let the monitor know which camera to spectate.

There should be a trigger to activate/deactivate a camera. Both triggers and cameras should be invisible when you're not in god mode.
Maybe there could be some options in the camera like disabling the player's physics, making a slower ease to the target so we can take a look at the level, making a delay in a camera so when it's over it will be deactivated or you can make it go to another camera. This would require cameras to have IDs of course.
You can choose if the camera deactivates by clicking. If it's disabled it can only be deactivated by a delay or a deactivator trigger (if physics disabled only the delay).
It would be nice if cameras can have a label too (optional) so it will be shown when the camera is activated, just like signs but the label will be shown in the bottom of the screen.

The monitor doesnt really look like a monitor. It should look like the TV from the Domestic pack. only that it looks like a PC Monitor.

yeah lets add camera's an dmonitors and you woudl need the monitor to slect the camera to watch you shoudl aslo be able to watch things form an hour ago orso and speed rig ght through it (like people do in supermarkets when they knew there was a robber and wanted to see how late he came) also atomatic monitors for cutscenes in the monitor setting s you set the id's of the camra's u can choose from and maby a time for how long you can look at them only (usefull for puzzle games) and if the player can use a monitor a 2nd time or not (reset blcok wil reset this ofc) and also if you are required to click on it touch it or both camera's settinga should only say whic id camera it is and how much light it gives away (set this to dark to have a low view) andf to se if the camera needs to be activated by a switch first
camera's and monitors should also be able to use for seeings parts of the minimap orso
