Clearing Up a Simple Mistake

Hello everyone! I just want to clear something up that I find to be very important. As you see in my profile picture on the forums I am using an object that is used to ban people. However, people assume that what I am using is a hammer, but that is not the case. The object that is being used is a plexor, which is a medical instrument that is used to test a person reflex, typically their patellar reflex. So, instead of referring to it as a ban hammer, you should really be calling it a ban plexor.

Here is a picture of a plexor for those of you who may not be sure what a real-life plexor looks like:

Technically, it is a hammer with a rubber head. However, the proper name is plexor, meaning its a ban plexor.

Can't you just make a compromise and say it's both correct?
If you say it's not a hammer, then later you say it is (but w/ rubber head so it's a plexor but not a hammer but a hammer), then WHAT.
