Keep track of kicked players

I'm making a "!forgive" command in my bot and I want it to send a pm to the player if the player has been forgiven or if the player isn't banned from the world. Is there a list somewhere in the server with kicked players I can receive? Can't find anything about kicking in the protocol except the "info" message.

how are you going to send a PM to somebody when they are kicked and no longer in the world?

The player who did the command gets the pm, isn't that obvious lol

Generally if you can see something in game, it means there is a message for it, and if you dont then there isnt.

In this case, you can probably just send the forgive command, then wait for the *SYSTEM message saying whether it was successful or not:
