Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Post your favourite tram and give a reason why it's your favourite. This topic is not metro/bus friendly, so don't post those or I'll close this topic.
The reason I'm making this topic is because I love trams, and I just finished a paper I worked on for 95 hours that is partly about trams, but mainly about traffic designing I guess idk the english word.
Edit: Here is a drawing I made of my favourite tram the GTL8(sorry for the white borders, I screenshotted it from a bigger drawing I made):

My favourite tram was the one I rode on Blackpool beach when I was on holiday there. I never learnt anything about the tram eg. their name, gender, age, ethnicity, etc. but they were still my favourite. They were the tram that got away

Trampoline.
One bot to rule them all, one bot to find them. One bot to bring them all... and with this cliché blind them.

Ok guys because you don't seem to get it I will post my own favourite tram. It is the Gelede Tram Lang AKA GTL8. It rides in Den Haag, The Netherlands and is very beautiful. The first of its kind was made in 1980. It fits very well with the beach vibe (Den Haag beach attracts a lot of tourists) because of it's colours and matches the buildings near the beach because they're roughly build in around the same time. It's very old but very comfortable and rides very smooth. You wouldn't expect it, but the tram is more comfortable an more silent than the new ones made by Siemens (Haagse Avenio). There's also more seats in the GTL8.
If you want to get the great experience of traveling with this tram, I suggest going to Delft, Netherlands, and enter Tram 1 until it arrives Den Haag beach. It's 40 minutes of pure joy!!!! Sadly in a few years the tram will be changed to a newer version because the parts needed to fix the GTL8's aren't being made anymore because they're so old. The newer trams are Haagse Avenio's and they're good as well, but less comfortable and beautiful. (for those interested, the same trams also ride in Munich.

The tram is the most beautiful transportation system in the city. It's efficient, like every public transportation system, and it's the best of it's kind because trams offer you great views and a comfortable ride. As metro's don't have any view, and busses shake like hell. Trams ride on rails sometimes on the same roads as cars, and sometimes next to the car roads. They are also very durable, one tram usually works for 40 years. They also ride on electricity which is better and cheaper than gass.

hi we have these in Lviv/Lemberg
they're named "electron" and are lit asf, the interior design is also pretty nice
heres a page on wikipedia but apparently theres no english translation for this page you can try german though, i guess
we also have older trams, as emma pointed out they are indeed very durable and theres quite a lot of these old soviet trams. the "electrons" are actually slightly rarer
also the first tram in Lviv was launched in the year 1880 (horse-drawn system) , the first electricity-driven tram was launched in 1894
