well if its a nuclear pack you could also probably add plutonium and uranium blocks (maybe as hazards giving radioactivity effect) and maybe a radioactivity warning sign (decoration)
maybe radioactivity could be a new type of a hazard, an area hazard (the hazard blocks can be walked through like decorations) and if you dont leave the hazardous area before the timer runs out then you die.
i know this can be done with curse effect but that kinda looks ugly especially when done outdoors for areas that can be entered in many different ways instead of just one entrance/doorway.

Nuclear Pack:

version 2: Added uranium and plutonium, requested by Maxi123. Plutonium doesn't look really well to me, more like a stone from the moon rip. Also added two half blocks.
